The “jazzing pastor” Dennis Müller spontaneously joins our benefit concert on 19 October 2024 as a guest musician.
Dennis Müller has been the new pastor of the Friedenskirche Ludwigsburg since March 2024. He is also a jazz pianist – and as such is known far beyond the region as the “jazzing pastor”.
As a pianist, jazz musician and pastor by passion, what he loves about jazz is its creative power, spontaneity, inspiration and the surprise of improvisation. He moves playfully, fluidly and with virtuosity across all the registers of jazz: from the most delicate impressionism to powerful groove, from traditional forms to completely free improvisation, from deep melancholy to radiant joie de vivre.
We are delighted that he spontaneously agreed to join our concert on 19 October 2024 as a guest musician. It is going to be wonderful – of that we are certain!
