And so they have begun – the final days of intense preparations for the benefit concert for children with cancer on 24 October 2015 at the Friedenskirche in Ludwigsburg.
Overwhelming demand for tickets
The overwhelming demand for concert tickets over the past few days truly took us by surprise!
We are delighted – and are pulling out all the stops to spend a very special evening with you, one that none of us will forget any time soon.
Tonight is the final rehearsal before the concert …
All proceeds go to Project HOPPS
Music close to our hearts, for a cause close to our hearts:
All proceeds from the concert evening go to Project HOPPS (Häusliche Onkologische-Pädiatrische Pflege Stuttgart) – a model project unique in Germany for mobile home-based care and nursing of children and adolescents with cancer, as well as children in palliative situations, at the Olgahospital in Stuttgart.
A project carried by extraordinary dedication, and one that is all about the wellbeing of our children – the most important thing we have in our lives!
Music close to our hearts
And for our team, too, the title carries a very special meaning:
We want to share with you what music means to each and every one of us. We will only bring pieces to the stage to which we ourselves have a special personal connection.
You will see and hear what lies close to our hearts. That is what makes the music, and the experience of it, so intense and moving.
